Chobani built an oat milk plant at its factory in Twin Falls, Idaho, this year, according to Chobani President Peter McGuinness. “We think oat is the superior plant,” he tells Forbes. “[Oat] uses very little water, and it delivers more nutrition than coconut cream, almond milk, soy milk, or cashew milk.
