Alive is a good brand, and these particular vitamins offer a lot of the ingredients I look for. Fruits and veggies, mushroom blend, greens blend, plentiful B vitamins... good stuff. I have been taking these men's vitamins for years and only thought to look for them on Amazon.

I highly recommend this product! There are 2 things I don't care for… the after taste and if I forget to take it I can tell a huge difference in my energy levels. Great vitamin!! I have a low tolerance for being sick.
